Barbara Ann (McComb) Kelham

LaOtto – Barbara Ann Kelham, 99, Formerly of LaOtto died Monday September 10, 2018 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Garrett. She was born September 19, 1918 in Fort Wayne to Verne and Cecil (Fitch) McComb. Ann was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Altarstar United Methodist Church, Heimach Center and was a 50 plus year member of the Churubusco Eastern Star. She was an active volunteer for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. She married Russell Kelham on September 19, 1936 in Tipton, IN and he died January 30, 1986. She is survived by 2 sons, James (Virginia) Kelham of Garrett, Edward Kelham of Fort Wayne; 4 daughters, Sandra (Donald) Ruen of Huntertown, Sally Thrush of Garrett, Alice (Kenneth) Yingling of Garrett and Kathy (Daniel) Degitz of Garrett; 16 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren and a sister, Marscell Sloffer of Avilla. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son-in-law Ted Thrush, daughter-in-law Linda Kelham, 3 sisters Marjorie Freck, Phyllis Brown, Dorothy Lucas and 2 brothers Morris McComb and Russell McComb. Services will be 11 am Thursday September 13, 2018 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn with Brett Stevens officiating. Burial will follow the service in Cedar Creek Cemetery, Auburn. Calling is 4 to 8 pm Wednesday September 12, 2018 at the funeral home.
