Auburn- Betty L Houser, 86, formerly of Auburn died Sunday December 4, 2016 at Presence Sacred Heart Home in Avilla. She was born December 8, 1929 in Butler to William D and Osie (Berryhill) LaRowe. Betty was a Homemaker and worked at various retail stores over the years. She enjoyed traveling, camping, her flowers, wildlife, friends and family and eating out. She attended County Line Church of God. She married Donald G Houser on June 19, 1949 in Concord and he passed away December 25, 1987. Surviving are 3 sons, Mark R. Houser and his wife Sandi of Lansing MI, Max Leroy Houser of Butler and Martin Dee Houser of Wolcottville; a grandson Dustin Houser, 4 step grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; a sister in law Martha Berndt and her husband Larry of Fremont, and 2 brother in laws Frances Dulle and Sam Morr. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband and 3 sisters Joanne Dulle, Joyce Morr and Nila Honaker. A funeral service will be 1 PM Wednesday December 7, 2016 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN. Burial will be in Butler Cemetery.
