Cynthia A Higbee Fort Wayne – Cynthia A Higbee, 60 of Fort Wayne died Tuesday April 25, 2017 at Glenbrook Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center in Fort Wayne. She was born January 22, 1957 in Willard OH to Richard E and Mary E (Woodward) Mathys. They have preceded her in death. Cynthia worked for 30 years as an inspector at Charleston Metals in Waterloo then for 5 years at Omada in Oklahoma until her motorcycle accident forced her to stop working. She attended the Church at Garrett. She was a Doberman Pincher dog breeder and was very involved with and loved her family very much. Cynthia is survived by a brother and 3 sisters, Jeffrey A Mathys of Garrett, Deborah K Klink of Flower Mound, Texas, Terri S (Kim “Henny”) Hendrickson of Garrett and Linda L (Steve) Grimm of Garrett and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 PM Saturday April 29, 2017 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN with Tom Wilcoxson officiating. Burial will be in Christian Union Cemetery, Garrett, IN. Calling is 2 hours prior to the service Saturday from Noon to 2 PM at the funeral home.
