Auburn – Danny L “Buzzy” Brown, 71 of Auburn passed away Thursday October 20, 2016 at the Laurels of DeKalb Nursing Home in Butler. He was born June 2, 1945 in Fairbury, ILL to Lester and Ruth (Harvey) Brown. Buzzy was a self-employed Mechanic and farmer and also worked at Vulcraft for 20 years. He was a member of ST. Mark’s Lutheran Church, Cedar Creek Tractor Club and is a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Buzzy married Sue A Kruse on August 3, 1974 in St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and she survives. He is also survived by a daughter Michelle (Joshua) Hausbach of Leo and a son, Derek(Kelly) Brown of Butler; 5 grandchildren, Zachary Hausbach, Shelby Hausbach, Lauren Brown, Emma Brown and Keaton Brown; a brother, David (Genny) of Butler, 2 sisters, Diane Brown of Tennessee and Alyce (David) Uggucioni of Brooklyn, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers, Ronnie Brown, Dean Brown and Duane Brown. Funeral Service is 11 AM Monday October 24, 2016 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Auburn with Rev. Dr. Marcus Carlson officiating. Burial is in Woodlawn Cemetery, Auburn. Calling is Sunday from 2 to 6 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn and also Monday 1 hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM at the church.
