James S. Nash
August 11, 1944 ~ February 17, 2017 (age 72) 72 Years OldJames S. Nash, age 72, of Ashley passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Laurels of DeKalb Nursing Home in Butler.
He was born on August 11, 1944 in Fort Wayne to Charles and Luretta (Helser) Nash. He graduated from Fort Wayne Central Catholic High in 1962.
Jim married Connie Rigsby on September 9, 2000 at the Ashley Church of God. She preceded him in death on May 17, 2011.
He worked at Food Marketing in Fort Wayne for 10 years. Jim co-owned the Fish of Stroh restaurant in Stroh for 5 years until 1998. He also delivered the Fort Wayne newspapers for 15 years. Jim was a member of the Moose Lodge in Fort Wayne and bowled on their bowling team.

Son and daughter-in-law; Patrick and Dawn Nash of Auburn.
Daughter; Jennifer Kuder of St. Joe.
12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Brother; Garry Nash of Fort Wayne.
Brother; Ricky Nash of Howe.
Sister and brother-in-law; Jackie and Mike Stanczak of Fort Wayne.
Sister and brother-in-law; Charlene and Adrian Hartman of Fort Wayne.
Sister and brother-in-law; Mary and David Eby of Fort Wayne.
Sister and brother-in-law; Patricia and Roger Reuille of Fort Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Connie and son-in-law; Andy Kuder.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 5:00 PM the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM the Feller and Clark Funeral Home in Auburn.
Officiating the funeral service will be Pastor Tom Cupka.
