Larry L. Beber

Larry L. Beber, age 79, of Auburn passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at his Auburn home. 

He was born in Auburn on March 3, 1938 to DeMar and Zelma (Treesh) Beber. 

Mr. Beber honorably served his country in the United States Air Force during Vietnam.

He married Barbara Ann Wilson at the St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Auburn on June 16, 1961.  She resides in Auburn. 

Larry owned and operated Hamilton TV Sales & Service in Hamilton for several years.  He was then a co-owner of Century Labs Corporation in Fort Wayne until he retired in 2008.  He was a member of the Garrett American Legion, the Auburn Moose Lodge and the Hamilton Lions Club.  Larry was an avid golfer and was a member of the Cedar Creek Country Club in Leo.  He was also a huge Chicago Bears fan.

Survivors Include:

His wife; Barb Beber of Auburn.

Son; Graeg Beber (Diane Fogle) of Auburn.

2 grandchildren; Dustin Beber and Dalton Beber.

Great granddaughter; Claire Fraley.

Sister; Sandra “Sue” Ryan of Auburn.

Uncle; Bob Treesh of Chicago.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 son; Terry Lee Beber.  Terry passed away on September 5, 2017.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.

Officiating the funeral service will be the Rev. Dr. Marcus Carlson with St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Auburn.
