Marynelle (Baker) McLauchlin
November 11, 1946 ~ July 15, 2017 (age 70) 70 Years OldBLOOMINGTON — Marynelle McLauchlin, 70, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017, at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington.
Marynelle was born Nov. 11, 1946, in Fort Wayne to the late Harold H. and Virginia W. (Poper) Baker.
She was a 1965 graduate of Eastside High School.
Marynelle worked for the DeKalb County Child Support Enforcement for three years and as an administrative assistant for the Angola Housing Authority for four years, retiring in 2005.
She was a member the Home Economics Club and loved playing the piano.
She married John W. McLauchlin on Aug. 3, 2006, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and he survives in Bloomington.
Also surviving are a son, Shae M. Keller and his wife, Julie Higgins-Keller, of Knoxville, Tennessee; a daughter, Staci A. Galligher and husband, Don Galligher, of Bloomington; three grandchildren, Kendon S. Galligher, Korinne P. Galligher, and Clayton M. Keller; and a sister, Brenda A. Sebert of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Brian M. Keller.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with the Rev. Robert Vajko officiating. Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Pediatric Heart Association or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
