Garrett – Michael E Davis, 62, of Garrett died Monday August 7, 2017 at his home in Garrett. He was born in Garrett on August 10, 1954 to Walter and Loretta (Sebert) Davis. His parents have both passed away as has a brother Joe Davis just a few months ago. Mike worked for Newnam Foundry and Tomco, both of Kendallville before he had to retire in 1994. Surviving are 3 sons, Thad Davis of Kendallville, Russell (Alexis) Davis of Avilla and Jake Davis of Tenn. There are 3 grandchildren and a brother and sister, Jerry (Kathy) Davis of Waterloo and Beatrice Davis of Avilla. Calling will be from 2 PM to 6 PM, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, IN. As per Michael’s wishes cremation will take place after the visitation. No service or burial is planned at this time. Memorials can be given in Mike’s name to the American Heart Association.
