Hamilton – Sheena Sue Carpenter, 64 died Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at her home in Hamilton. She was born May 28, 1952 in Garden City, MI to Roscoe and Estellene (Quiggins) Snyder. She worked at Nucor in St. Joe until her retirement in 2014. She loved and enjoyed working with everyone at Nucor. Sheena was a member of the Butler Eagles and Christ's Church in Butler. She married Bruce Carpenter on July 5, 1969 in Lakeside, CA and he survives in Hamilton. Also surviving is a daughter and 2 sons, Deann (Sam) Watson of St. Joe, Joshua (Ashley) Carpenter of Indianapolis and Brent (Michelle) Carpenter of Phoenix, AZ; 8 grandchildren, Ryan Moreno, Noah Watson, Tyler Rottger, Blake Carpenter, Christian Tackett, Melody Carpenter, Logan Carpenter and Cian Carpenter; 2 brothers Roger (Evelyn) Snyder of Hemet, CA and Richard (Elsie) Snyder of Redlands, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Mary Lou Hammond and June Walker. A funeral Service will be 8PM Monday December 5, 2016 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo with Rev Dale Rabinaue officiating.
