Anthony “Tony” Salinas, age 58, of Butler passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born on November 6, 1959 in Auburn to Santana Salinas Sr. and Jeanette (David) Salinas. He was a 1978 graduate of Eastside High School in Butler.
Tony married Buffy J. Williamson on August 16, 1997. She resides in Butler.
He has worked at DeKalb Molded Plastics in Butler for the last 38 years.
Tony was a huge supporter of Eastside Athletics and helped with many sports over the years. He also coached little league softball in Butler for many years. As well as watching and coaching his kids in different sports, Tony also enjoyed golfing, bowling and playing in men’s softball leagues. Tony was a very giving person throughout his life, in death his family was proud that Tony was also able to give as an organ donor.

Son; Bryce Salinas of Butler.
Brother and sister-in-law; Santana “Sonny” Salinas Jr. and Margie of Auburn.
Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sister-in-law; Pepper Williamson of Fort Wayne.
Sister-in-law; Ricki Williamson of Waterloo.
Brother-in-law; Rickie “Peanut” Williamson of Waterloo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn.
