Auburn – Betty J Forrest, 68 of Auburn passed away Tuesday January 2, 2018 at Auburn Village in Auburn. She was born April 19, 1949 in Auburn to Lloyd and Ruth (Noragon) Wilson. Her Father has passed away and her mother survives in Butler. Betty was a 1967 graduate of Auburn High School and worked in accounting for S & S Oil Company for over 30 years before retiring in 2011. She loved to quilt and loved and adored her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her mother Ruth Wilson of Butler, 2 sons and a daughter, Jonathan T. (Erin) Forrest of Fort Wayne, Michael D (Rebel) Forrest of Waterloo and Lisa A Goodman of Waterloo. There are 3 grandchildren, Jordan Forrest, Emma Goodman and Evan Goodman. Also surviving are 2 brothers and a sister, Jim (Barb) Heller of Auburn, Dale (Diane) Wilson of Auburn and Lorri (David) Christlieb of Auburn. She was preceded in death by her father and a nephew Travis Christlieb. The family will receive friends Saturday January 6, 2018 from 12 to 2 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn with a graveside committal at Woodlawn Cemetery following the gathering.
