Betty L. Till, 84, of Auburn died Friday, October 19, 2018, at Kingston Care Center in Fort Wayne.
She was born December 16, 1933, in Fort Wayne to the late Paul R. and Katherine (Kopp) Young.
She married Kenneth W. Till Sr. on June 25, 1976, in Auburn, and he died August 3, 1999.
Mrs. Till worked for SCP in Auburn for seven years, retiring in 1995. After her retirement, she volunteered at the DeKalb Memorial Hospital Gift Shop for eight years.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Auburn.
Surviving are four children, Donald H. (Frances) Smith Jr. of Breckenridge, Texas, Deborah K. Deitchel of Fort Wayne, Christina L. Federspiel of Fort Wayne, and Catherine E. Clendenen of Fort Wayne; brother Wally D. (Cleo) Young of Naples, Florida; 21 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Donald H. Smith Sr.; second husband, Kenneth W. Till Sr.; daughter, Cheryl A. Perona; three sons-in-law, Michael E. Deitchel, Joseph Clendenen and Andrew Federspiel; two great-grandchildren, Justin Smith and Ricky Nelson Jr.; and a sister-in-law, Sandy Young.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2018, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn.
There will be no funeral service conducted.
