David Brown Obituary

David C. Brown, 69, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Parkview Hospital Randallia. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dave graduated from South Side High School in 1967. After graduating from Sam’s Technical Institute, Dave worked for General Electric until his retirement in 2006. He enjoyed his retirement years at his farm in Ashley, Indiana. Surviving are his sister, Ginger Paul, of Angola, Indiana, brother-in-law, George Paul, nephew John Bakalar of Carterville, Illinois, niece, Amy Holton of Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Simmons, and father, Clyde Melvin Brown. Per Dave’s request there will be no services or viewing. Memorials may be made to DeKalb County Animal Shelter or Ashley Fire Department. There are no services planed at this time. Feller and Clark are handling funeral arrangements.
