Deloris (Gump) Reese

Auburn – Deloris Reese, 86 of Auburn died Tuesday May 21, 2019 at her home. She was born March 7, 1933 in Waterloo to Roy and Lovina (Lockwood) Gump. Deloris worked at Rieke Corporation in Auburn and was a member of the Waterloo Freewill Baptist Church in Waterloo. She married Relace C Reese on May 11, 1952 in Butler and he died October 21, 2017. She is survived by a daughter and son in law, Debra Dee and Dick Rodman of Kendallville; 4 grandchildren Richard W (Jody) Rodman, Travis D (Linda) Rodman, Duane R (Bambi) Rodman, and Adam K Rodman; 7 great grandchildren and a sister Ruth Hall of Butler. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter Cynthia DeLora Reese, 2 brothers, Chester Gump and Lewis Gump and 3 sisters, Lorene Woodcock, Dorothy Wilcox and Orlena Saunders. Services will be 1 pm, Friday May 31, 2019 at the Waterloo Freewill Baptist Church, 2833 CR 27, Waterloo, IN with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn. Rev. Ron Stambaugh will be officiating. Calling is 2 to 7 PM Thursday May 30, 2019 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn and also 1 hour prior to the service Friday at the church from 12 to 1.
