Gracie Dangler Neeley, 89, of Waterloo passed away Friday, February 2, 2018, at Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne.
She was born May 23, 1928, in Hueysville, Kentucky, to the late Kendall and Dovie (Shepard) Crager.
Gracie married Don William Dangler on July 25, 1945, in Kendallville, and he passed away Nov. 17, 1980. She married L.B. Neeley on March 29, 1992, in Waterloo, and he passed away March 27, 2007.
She served as Vice President of Indiana Decorative Products in Waterloo, retiring in 1993.
Gracie was a member of the Waterloo Freewill Baptist Church.
She was an avid gardener, enjoyed the outdoors and was most known for her black raspberry jelly. Gracie’s love in life was surrounding herself with family, especially hosting her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and Jamal Anabtawi of Fort Wayne and Susan and Mitchell Kruse of Auburn; 10 grandchildren, Michelle Schlotterback, Brad (Shannon) Dangler, Shannon (Jason) Fleming, Stephanie Dangler, Gina Anabtawi, Zane Anabtawi, Megan (Daniel) Schmitz, Kelsey (Zachary) Herber, Lilly Kruse and Haley Kruse; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Don William Dangler; second husband L.B. Neeley; two sons, Rex Dangler and Donnie Dangler; grandson Jeff Dangler; and 11 brothers and sisters.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, with the Rev. Ron Stambaugh officiating. Burial will take place in Waterloo Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association or Waterloo Freewill Baptist Church.
