Janice Ann Kessler, 73, died Thursday, June 7, 2018, at her home in rural Waterloo.
She was born July 30, 1944, in Steuben County to James and Pauline Elkins.
She was a graduate of Salem Center High School.
She married Frank H. Kessler on July 16, 1973, in Corunna, and he survives in Waterloo.
Mrs. Kessler worked for Charleston Metal Products in Waterloo, retiring after 35 years of service. She also worked the past 45 years alongside her husband, Frank, running their family farm.
She was a member of the Lakewood Park Baptist Church in rural Auburn.
Also surviving are three children and their spouses, Frank H. Kessler Jr. and his wife, Lynn, of Georgia, Katrina Eby and her husband, Samuel, of Fort Wayne, and Archie J. Kessler and his wife, Carman, of Hopkins, Michigan; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Walter and Thelma Elkins of Helmer, Emma and Bob Wells of Corunna, and Daniel and Diane Elkins of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Janet Kulpinski.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lakewood Park Baptist Church, 5555 C.R. 29, Auburn, with visitation from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the church. Pastor James Pettit will officiate. Burial will take place in Fairfield Cemetery in rural Corunna.
Visitation will also be from 2-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Monday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo.
