Waterloo – Jim Kelley, 87 of Waterloo died Saturday November 4, 2017 at DeKalb Health in Auburn. He was born in Steuben County on January 2, 1930 to Eugene “Jack” and Elizabeth C. (Morsey) Kelley. He worked in Quality Control at Dana Corporation retiring in 1990. He was a US Army Veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict. Jim was a former member of the Waterloo Lions Club and the American Legion. He married Nell McWaters on September 16, 1952 in Dothan, Alabama and she died December 16, 2016. He is survived by a son and daughter in law, Bill and Betty Kelley of Auburn and a daughter and son in law, Debbie and Steve Voglund of Logansport, 7 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a son Jeffery Alan Kelley, a brother, Robert “Bob” Kelley and a sister Mary Stafford. A private family graveside service will take place Tuesday at Waterloo Cemetery in Waterloo with Feller and Clark Funeral Home of Waterloo, in charge of arrangements.
