Waterloo – Joseph Scott Cope, 49 died Thursday February 15, 2018 at his home in Waterloo. Joe was a Supervisor at TFC Canopy in Garrett. He was born October 18, 1968 in Palm Springs, CA. His father Kenneth Cope Jr has passed away, his mother Marge (Ickes) Cope survives in Avilla. Also surviving is his wife Gayle (Moore) Cope of Waterloo; 3 daughters and son in laws, Kali (Kaleb) Franks of Waterloo, Ashley Cope of Ashley and Serna (Josh) Buchs of Spencerville; 6 grandchildren; 6 brothers and sisters, Roger (Patty) Cope of Waterloo, Michelle Lee of Fort Wayne, Eric (Mindy) Cope of Kendallville, Melissa (Nick) Makielski of South Bend, Matt (Cheryl) Cope of Angola, Lisa (Doug) Barnes of Greenfield; Mother in law, Verna Gitt of Goodyear, AZ and a sister in law, Regina (Kevin) Vail of Goodyear, AZ; There are several more aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling is Sunday February 18, 2018 from 2 to 6 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, IN. Burial will take place Monday at 11 AM at the Kope Cemetery in Angola.
