Joyce Schorey Obituary

AUBURN — Joyce Carol Schorey, 76, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018, after a valiant fight with cancer.

She was born Feb. 18, 1942. Joyce was loved by so many, especially her nieces and nephews and her little dog, Sunny, who was her constant companion.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Harold Schorey; brothers, Richard and Bobby Schorey; and her sister, Barbara Happel. She also lost her beloved niece, Dana Stahlhut, who left this world way too soon.

Her passion was her animals and she loved having fun playing bingo and going to the casinos.

Honoring Joyce’s request there will not be any services.

Memorials are to Heart-To-Heart Hospice Care and Steuben County Cancer Society.
