Hamilton – Larry D. Harberson, 63, of Hamilton, died Monday, November 25, 2019, at the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
He was born September 10, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio. His father, Kenneth Harberson has preceded him in death, and his mother Nancy Harberson survives in Wauseon, Ohio.
Larry married Denise A. Stoner on August 12, 1992, in Auburn, and she survives in Hamilton.
He worked over 20 years as a manufacturing engineer at TI Automotive in Ligonier.
Larry was an avid Ohio State fan. He enjoyed golfing, woodworking and gardening, loved the outdoors, and most of all loved spending time with his family. Larry had a heart of gold and was a very giving man.
He is survived by three sons, Ian C. (Erica Roth) Harberson of Ft. Wayne, Aaron S. (Heather) Harberson of Utah, Shawn Keefe of Toledo, Ohio; two brothers, Bob (Karen) Harberson of Delta, Ohio, Al (Julie) Harberson of Waterville, Ohio; sister, Tina Connelly of Wauseon, Ohio; and two grandchildren, Greyson Roth and Evelyn Harberson.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Danny Harberson; and a sister, Laurie Harberson.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hamilton Wesleyan Church, 4001 Terry Lake Rd., Hamilton, with visitation from 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the church. Pastor David Leitzel will be officiating.
Memorials may be directed to the Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home.
