Dear Brian and Families,
I was so saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Lukas. Words cannot describe the absolute depth of despair that must be felt when such a young, vibrant soul is taken in the blink of an eye. I hope that you will find peace in your mending, and cherish those moments that you had with Lukas.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

To both the Rieke and Dobson families,
Please know that you are ALL in prayer at this most difficult time in your lives. I know, from experience what it is to lose one of your "children" as we lost our son John who was also 25 when he passed. I will always miss our middle son, but have so many wonderful memories and that helps so very much. My husband said at the time, "Your kids are not supposed to precede you in passing from this world." But, as we all well know, sometimes it does happen and we are left with our wonderful memories of our loved one.
So, do what you need to do in these next few days and weeks and go on from there and remember, Lukas will always be with you in spirit and he IS free and happy. May God bless you all.
