Michael J. Schuller

Michael J. Schuller, 67, of Auburn, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born April 6, 1951, in Garrett. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving from 1969-1972.

Michael worked in the factory industry where he later retired.

He married Cindy L. Baker on May 31, 1994, in Auburn, and she survives.

Michael attended Soul’s Harbor Assembly of God in rural Auburn. He was a former member of the Auburn VFW and enjoyed being a race car driver. He was an avid Fort Wayne Komets hockey fan and was proud to be a season ticket holder.

Also surviving are five children, Crystal (Shane) Campbell of Auburn, Adam (Jessica) Schuller of Hudson, John (Shannon) Schuller of Defiance, Ohio, Jennifer (William) Johnson of Auburn, and Torie Schuller of Auburn; 18 grandchildren, Patricia Schuller, Brenden Campbell, Colton Schuller, Camden Schuller, Zain Schuller, Daven Schuller, Kooper Schuller, Issiah Schuller, Talia Schuller, Ashlee Schuller, Zoey Schuller, Zena Schuller, Cari Whitman, Chauna Whitman, Caylee Whitman, Tiera Schooley, Ashlynn Kelley and Casey Justinger; brother, Glen Schuller of Waterloo; and his service dog, Max.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Schuller; mother, Georgia (Freeburn) Linn; and a brother, Ed Schuller.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2018, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with Pastor Mark Snodderly officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Navy and American Legion Post 97 of Auburn.

Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the funeral home.
