Pastor Elvin was always a joy to be around and left you with something you could take with you in your heart and life. A practical and common sense man he demonstrated his commitment to the call of God and you knew you could hang on to that with confidence. He was man after God's heart and for certain he immediately heard after slipping from this sphere to eternity, "Well Done, good and Faithful Servant."
