I'm so sorry to here that Ricky has passed. He was way to young. I'll remember that he always had a handshake to offer and a big smile that followed. Prayers going out to the entire Rowe Family for their loss. May God Bless Ricky's soul and give him eternal peace..............Tim Rebman

My condolences to the family.I remember him when he and i were younger.Don't think i've seen him since i was around 16 or 17 years old.When i left the state,we were about the same age.But i remember him as a good friend.He just stepped up to a better place.But sorry for your loss. Vallis Huff
