Terrie L. (Stafford) Hasselman

Terrie L. Hasselman, 57, of Ashley, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

Terrie was born September 27, 1960, in Auburn to Donald W. Stafford Sr. and Carroll J. (Armstrong) Stafford.

She married Michael W. Hasselman on October 10, 1992, in Waterloo.

Terrie worked as a team leader for TRIN in Ashley.

She was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge 261 of Auburn where she served as Past Senior Regent and received degrees in Academy of Friendship, College of Regents and received her Green Cap.

Terrie was an avid NASCAR fan. She enjoyed fishing and bowling, but most of all loved her grandchildren.

Surviving are her husband, Michael W. Hasselman of Ashley; mother Carroll J. Stafford of Auburn; daughter Jaymee L. (Eric) Watson of Ashley; two sons, Justin D. (Kristie Bowman) Deetz of Pleasant Lake, and Todd M. (Ashlynn Lutz) Hasselman of Ashley; six grandchildren, Rialynn Hakey, Kamden Deetz, Karli Deetz, Sophie Hasselman, Reid Hasselman and Ryker Hasselman; sister Tonya (Jeff) Turner of Auburn; brother Donald Stafford Jr. of Kendallville; three nieces and nephews, Natalya Clark, Keaton Turner and Donavon Stafford; great-niece Haleigh Collett; and a special friend, Danell McDaniel.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo, with the Rev. Dr. Robert Craig officiating. Burial will take place in Fairfield Cemetery in rural Corunna.

Visitation will be from 3–7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
