Barbara A (Snepp) Kessler

Garrett – Barbara A Kessler, 74 of Garrett died Monday May 27, 2019 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. She was born July 30, 1944 in Auburn to Frank R and Dorothea E (Gordon) Snepp. Barbara was a secretary in the DeKalb County Prosecutors office for 15 years. She was a member of the Dayspring Community Church in Auburn and a former member of Tri Kappa. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Harold L Kessler. They were married on December 7, 1963 in Auburn. Also surviving are 3 sons, Scott A Kessler of League City, TX, James M Kessler of Garrett and Thomas B (Janine) Kessler of Kuna, ID; 4 grandchildren, Kayla Kessler, Danielle Kessler, Shelby (Seth) Waring, Bailey Kessler and a great granddaughter Emma Lynn Kessler; brother James G (Anna) Snepp of Mansfield, OH and 3 cousins, Nancy (Farr) Anthony, Maylon (Karen) Rieke II and David Rieke. She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew Darrel Snepp. Services will be 11 am Friday May 31, 2019 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
