Beverly Ann Davis went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
She was born on September 11, 1937, to Clarence “Bud” and Elva Beard.
Beverly graduated from Butler High School in Butler, IN. She married Dorman D. Davis on June 5, 1954.
Bev and Dorman operated the Gambles Store in Butler for many years. Later she worked at Value City Furniture for several years before they opened the Global Outlet in Butler.
Bev loved to travel, play cards and spend time with her grandkids. Her favorite place she traveled is Paris. She could talk for hours about the places they visited.
She is survived by her sons, Clarence “Fred” & Tammy Davis, of Kendallville, Perry Davis, of Butler; daughters, Torrie Krontz, of Butler; Tina and Gerald Kline, of Auburn; brother, Lloyd “Pugs” & Teresa Beard; sister, Inez Prosser. She is also survived by her grandkids, Craig Davis, Tara Barrington, Tevie Yaros, Brian Krontz, Chaz Davis, Dylan Davis, Nathan Kline, Megan Kline, 14 Great
Grandkids and 3 Great-Great Grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dorman D. Davis; sister, Phyllis Reas; brothers Loren “Peck” Beard, David “Tony” Beard; and son-in-law Jeff Krontz.
There will be no services at this time, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
