Bonnie C. (McClish) Everage, 83, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne surrounded by her loving family at the time of her death.
She was born March 6, 1942, in LaGrange, Indiana to Vaughn and Esther (Porter) McClish.
Bonnie graduated from Wolcottville High School.
Bonnie worked at Bundy Tubing (TI Automotive) in Ashley with her daughter, Barbara, for several years. She enjoyed spending time with co-workers after work.
She enjoyed every other Saturday with her friends Rhonda Fox and Cathy Shady where they would eat, laugh and sew.
Bonnie loved spending time outdoors, especially camping, and enjoyed activities like canning, baking, and quilting. She was a fan of watching game shows and enjoyed her occasional glass of wine. She had a friendly, outgoing personality that never met a stranger, was known for making the best banana bread and everyone’s favorite Grandma’s Cake. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family.
Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Everage- Boyd and her husband, Ron Boyd of Auburn; close family friend, Beth Dobrovodsky of Auburn; five grandchildren, Dustin (Amanda) Everage, Rachel (Tyler Gray) Everage, Natasha (Dustin Neuman) Derrow, Brittany (Cody Wickline) Everage and Grace Boyd; 12 grandchildren; and five brothers and their spouses, David McClish of Hicksville, Harold McClish of Crossville, Tennessee, Howard and Wava McClish of Fort Wayne, Ronald and Sue McClish of Hobe Sound, Florida and Danny McClish of Pahrump, Nevada.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jeffery Dean Everage Sr.; grandson, Jeffery Dean Everage Jr.; great granddaughter, Kylie Everage; and a sister, Sharon Caldwell.
There will be a private family service at a later date.
