Clifford A Thacker

Waterloo – Clifford A Thacker, 49, passed away Thursday, July 17, 2025 at his home in Waterloo.

He was born July 21, 1975 in Auburn. His father, William Rodriguez has passed away, his mother and step-father, Allena and Anthony Fraley survive in Waterloo.

Clifford was a self-employed handy man and was a jack of all trades.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, daughter, Angelinia Thacker and her companion, Michael Morton of Radcliff, Kentucky; step daughters Tabby Muniz of Kendallville and Kara Quinn of Kendallville;3 grandchildren, Magnolia Morton, Oliva Muniz and JJ Quinn; sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Charles Scott of Pleasant Lake; brother, Jesse Napier of Waterloo, Several aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews and his former wife Bonnie Quinn.

Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2025 from 2 to 5 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, IN 46793 IN. Per Clifford’s wishes no funeral will be held, cremation will take place after the visitation is over. Memorials can be given in memory of Clifford to Feller and Clark Funeral Home to help with expenses.
