Constance "Connie" Rae (Jack) Gallardo

Constance “Connie” Rae Gallardo (59), born on February 23rd, 1965, at Cameron Memorial Hospital in Angola Indiana, passed away on April 8th, 2024, at Auburn Village, in Auburn Indiana. She was the beloved daughter of Dawn Neely and Walter Jack.

Connie will be remembered as a loving grandmother to Carmyn Rae and Carder Duane Rhodes, and a devoted mother to Ana Rhodes and James Gallardo. Connie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She spent her free time reading, birdwatching, and enjoyed trying new hobbies. She spent nearly 20 years on kidney dialysis, which allowed her to experience life with her family, and the nurses that have became a second family along the way.

Connie is survived by her two children, Ana Rhodes, and James Gallardo. Her two grandchildren, Carmyn, and Carder Rhodes. Her Stepfather Robert Neely Sr. As well as her Step Siblings, Gene Neely, James Neely, and Katrinka Neely Hart.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Walter Jack and Dawn Neely. As well as her siblings, Robert Neely Jr., Kimberly White, and Russell Jack.

A celebration of life will be held a later date coordinated by her children.
