Dale K. Willis of Auburn Indiana passed away peacefully at his home on August 24, 2025 at 88 years old. Dale was born to Erwin and Dorothy (Cummings) Willis of North Haverhill, NH on August 9, 1937. Dale and his wife, Barbara, relocated from New Hampshire to Auburn in January 2023 in order to live with his daughter, Robin Pike and her family.
He will be remembered as a hard working truck driver and active church member where he lived most all his life in the state of New Hampshire. At the end of his trucking career he was able to “retire” to become a school bus driver, and later a car delivery service driver together with his loving wife Barbara the chase car driver. He enjoyed many years while living in Hampton NH as the driver of the “Beach Buggy” … a job he throughly enjoyed!
Dale served eight years in the US Navy (active and reserves) from 1955-1963.
Dale would like to be known as a man of faith and always active in his church life. He was always eager to jump in and help people in need and loved to volunteer for community projects. Dale was eagerly looking forward to meeting his Messiah and Lord in the Kingdom of God.
