Deborah A. Pfeiffer, age 65, of Garrett passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
Mrs. Pfeiffer was born on May 2, 1956 in Garrett to Eugene and Doris (Faust) Beber. She was a 1974 graduate of Garrett High School.
She married Dale Pfeiffer on May 15, 1976 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Garrett. He resides in Garrett.
For the last 3 years Debbie has served as the parish secretary for St. Joseph in Garrett. Prior to that she had worked for 29 years at Electric Motors in Garrett as the shipping coordinator. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Garrett American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed shopping, dancing, watching movies, going to drag car and sprint car races and she loved playing bingo.

Son; Scott Pfeiffer and Heather Pettyjohn of Garrett.
Son and daughter-in-law; Jason and Kacina Pfeiffer of Noblesville, Indiana.
Son and daughter-in-law; Chase and Heather Pfeiffer of Richmond, Indiana.
8 grandchildren.
Sister; Kathy Guthrie of Kendallville.
Brother and sister-in-law; Paul and Bridget Beber of Auburn.
Sister-in-law; Regina Beber of Virginia.
Sister-in-law; Patricia and Dewey Tagtmeyer of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter; Christy Michelle Pfeiffer, brother; Dan Beber, Father-in-law and mother-in-law; John and Dorothy Pfeiffer and brother-in-law; Jerry Pfeiffer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 300 West Houston Street in Garrett with Father Jim Shafer officiating.
Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Garrett.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Father James Shafer Scholarship Fund, 301 West Houston Street, Garrett, Indiana 46738, Masses in her name or the DeKalb Humane Society, 5221 US 6, Butler, Indiana 46721.
