Evelyn Lavaughn (Marshman) Holland

Waterloo – Evelyn Lavaughn Holland, 94 of Waterloo passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025 at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn.

She was born April 25, 1933 in Etna, Maine to Vernon and Ethel (Jordan) Marshman. They have both passed away as have several brothers and sisters.

Evelyn was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in Maine for several nursing homes.

She was a member of the Grange in Etna, Maine. She loved to knit, crochet and spending time with his family.

She married Kenneth James Holland on November 22, 1948 in Etna, Maine and he passed away April 20, 1997.

Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Cary and David Allen of Waterloo; 5 grandchildren, Ann (Adam) Kinser, David Syphers, Jason (Amy) Allen, Jillian Allen and Corey Chapman; 4 great grandchildren, Johanna Kinser, Josh Syphers, Emily Allen and Logan Allen.

Per Evelyns wishes a cremation will take place and a day of mourning will take place and is planned for June 26, 2025 at 2 PM. Memorials can be given in memory of Evelyn to Disabled American Veterans. To send condolences visit www.fellerandclark.com.
