Gregory Allen "Greg" Debes

Covina, CA – Gregory Allen “Greg” Debes, 63 passed away Tuesday September 23, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

He was born February 21, 1962 in Kendallville to Leo and Carolyn (Tuttle) Debes. His father has passed away and his mother survives in Auburn.

Greg was a veteran of the US Marine Corps. After his service in the Marines, he attended Indiana University then served as a Police Officer for the Los Angeles Police Department for 21 years before his retirement.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Debes of Auburn; companion of over 23 years, Lori Hesse; sister and brother-in-law, LaDonna and Steve Felke of Auburn; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, Robin and Sue Debes of Garrett and Shawn Debes of Auburn.
