Jaden D. Bowman

Jaden “J-Dogg” Donovan James Bowman, 14, of Waterloo, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. He was born on January 7, 2009, in Auburn, Indiana to Marissa A. Fairchild and Anthony J. Bowman.

Jaden attended Dekalb Middle School.  Jaden enjoyed cool exotic cars, video games, technology, riding BMX bikes and showing off the new tricks he learned. Jaden was a boujee little man, dressed to impress. He loved his dog Athena, Playing Forza, his cell phone and his shoe collection. Jaden, with his beautiful smile and contagious laugh, was also a ladies’ man and really smooth with the girls. Above all, Jaden was very sweet, often goofy, adventurous, loving, and was very protective of his friends, family (especially his little sisters) and loved ones. Those who knew Jaden, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. We love and miss you so much my son XOXO.

Aunt; Valarie (Andy Herschberger) Fairchild of Chicago.

Aunt; Kirstin (Jake Williford) Fairchild of Auburn.

Uncle; Phoenix Klugg of Churubusco.

Great Grandparents; Deborah and Robert Boylan of Churubusco.

Great Great Grandfather; Thomas E. Trowbridge Sr. of Kendallville.

Several other aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

He was proceeded in death by his great grandma; Lola Fairchild, Great Grandpa; Edwin Rainey, and Great Great Grandma Vonetta Trowbridge.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn.  Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday one hour prior to the funeral service from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Robert Craig officiating.   

Burial will take place at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Auburn.
