Joni Lynn Isham

Joni Lynn Isham, 47 of Garrett, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. 

She was born on March 15, 1977 in Auburn to Larry and Louane (Freeman) Isham.   

Joni worked as an engineer at Dekko in Garrett from 1995 to 2018.  Joni liked to do a little bit of everything, she liked to stay busy.  She enjoyed collecting coins, refurbishing furniture and painting rocks just to name a few.  Even in death, Joni was a giving person.  She was an organ donor and her gifts will live on and continue to help others.  She will be greatly missed!   

Survivors include: 

Her longtime companion, Timothy Rowlett of Garrett. 

Son, Zane Rowlett of Garrett. 

Three grandchildren, Zaiden Rowlett, Kaiden Rowlett and Harlow Rowlett. 

Brother, Richard and Lara Isham of Fort Wayne. 

Sister and brother-in-law, Amelia and Joshua Zimmerman of Valders, Wisconsin. 

Sister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Shane Teagarden of Auburn. 

Many loving nieces, nephews and other extended family members. 

Her beloved dog, Butters. 

Joni was preceded in death by her parents. 

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn. 

Burial will take place at a later date at the Woodlawn Cemetery with her parents. 

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Joni to NAEMT Foundation.
