Judy Freeman Obituary

Judy A. Freeman, 80, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born on June 20, 1943, and raised by her grandparents, Burdett and Fay Charleswood.

Judy worked at Rieke Corporation in Auburn for 42 ½ years.

On Aug. 31, 1962, she married Stanley Ray Freeman. Together they had three children, Troy (Jackie) Freeman, Terry (Sandy) Freeman and Tammy (Tim) Bowers; six grandchildren, Katie (Nick) Grate, Rodney (Maggie) Freeman, Skyler (Kate Beattie) Freeman, Tyler (Britney) Doyle, Tianna Freeman and Derek Bowers; seven great-grandchildren, Alex, Paisley, Blaine, Korie, Brody, Seamus, Wayde and baby Freeman due in January; and her siblings, Evana (Lee) Keener, Danny Boren, Clara (Boren) Haiflich.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; and a sister, baby Caroline Fay Boren.

Upon her request, there will not be any formal services.

In lieu of flowers, she would like donations to Riley Hospital for Children.
