Keith E Beck, 61 of Auburn passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne after a tough and courageous fight with cancer and pulmonary fibrosis.
He was born May 18, 1963 in Fort Wayne to James O. and Donna Marie (Crowe) Beck. His parents have both passed away as has a sister, Denise Bloom.
Keith worked at Auburn Gear in Auburn in the maintenance department and was a US Army Veteran.
He loved to fish and play golf but what was closest to his heart was his family. He took care of his family and enjoyed the time spent with them.
Keith is survived by his wife, Tracey Beck. They were married March 23, 2002 in Fort Wayne and she survives in Auburn.
He is also survived by a daughter and 2 sons, Brittany (Brannen) Buhrmester of Strasburg, IL, Tyler (Shylyn) Caldwell of Kendallville and Aadon Beck of Auburn; a granddaughter who was his pride and joy, Rylee Buhrmester and a baby girl Buhrmester that is on the way, due in February; 2 brothers and a sister; Paul (Pam) Beck of Auburn, Cynthia Young of Butler and Craig (Renee) Beck of Fort Wayne; several nieces and nephews and a very close friend, Steve Kneipp of Columbia City that was by his side every day for the last 6 months.
Services will be 6 PM Monday, December 2, 2024 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN with Rev David Lawrence officiating. Calling is 2 hours prior to the service Monday from 4 to 6 PM at the funeral home. Memorials can be given in memory of Keith to Friends Table c/o the Auburn Presbyterian Church.
