Lynn Kaiser, 84, of Butler, passed away, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Parkview DeKalb Hospital in Auburn.
She was born on January 6, 1942, in Portland, Indiana to Fred and Madonna (Davis) Alexander.
Lynn married Tony L. Kaiser on November 13, 1960, in Butler, Indiana, and he passed away October 2, 2021.
She was a homemaker, was a teacher’s aide at Riverdale Elementary School in St. Joe, worked for the Eckhart Public Library and retired from the Willennar Genealogy Center in Auburn.
Lynn was a former member of the Order of Eastern Stat in Butler and was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.
She had a deep passion for genealogy, dedicating countless hours to researching and preserving history. Above all, she cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were a great joy in her life
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Lori Kaiser of Pleasant Lake, and Rich and Debbie Kaiser of Butler; four grandchildren, Randy (Alesia) Kaiser, Ryan (Tiffany) Kaiser, Clare Sexton and Charlie Sexton; two great grandchildren, Sophia Kaiser and Sabin Kaiser; and a sister, Ann Vose of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Brad Kaiser; three siblings, Sonya Cameron, Alan (Rita) Alexander, and Tom Alexander; and a brother-in-law, Phil Vose.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with Jeff Alexander officiating.
Burial will take place at Butler Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon – 2 p.m. Monday, March 2, 2026, prior to the service at the funeral home.
