Obituary

Auburn – Marcia A Baysinger, 80, died Monday June 20, 2022 at Auburn Village in Auburn. She was born February 13, 1942 in Auburn to Clarence E and Mary Helen (Hyde) DeWitt. She was a Nurse’s Aide at Betz Nursing Home in Auburn. Marcia married David W Baysinger and he passed away on May 6, 2015. She is survived by a daughter and a son, Mary A. (Jim) Hensley of Lima, Ohio and Chris D. Garrison of Garrett; 5 grandchildren, Tyler McKay, Brendan McKay, Justin McKay, Josh Garrison and Haley Garrison; 2 brothers, David M (Jackie) DeWitt of Wolcottville and Don (Jean) DeWitt of Auburn. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a brother, Gerald “Jake” DeWitt and a daughter-in-law, Mary Garrison A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Feller and Clark Funeral Home of Auburn is assisting the family with arrangements. Preferred memorials can be given in memory of Marcia to the DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
