Marilyn J. Conley, 85, of Auburn, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, at her daughter’s house in Garrett, Indiana.
She was born February 2, 1938, in Auburn, Indiana to Raymond and Agnes (Fetter) Foster.
Marilyn worked for ITT Industries in Fort Wayne as an incoming inspector for 35 years, retiring in 2000.
Marilyn attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Auburn.
She was a member of the Navy Club 245 in New Haven, Loyal Order of Moose in Auburn, Gadabouts Club in Fort Wayne and the American Legion in Auburn.
Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Theresa and Christopher Koble of Garrett and Melissa Conley of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Marilyn Foster of Auburn and Kathleen Foster of Garrett.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Williams; son, Richard “Rick” Conley; three brothers, Robert Foster, Dick (Mindy) Foster and Raymond “Red” Foster; and three sisters, Catherine Brown, Barbara Palumbo and Dolores Shoudel.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 8, 2023, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with visitation from 10 – 11 a.m. Monday prior to the funeral home. Father Mark Enemali will be officiating.
Burial will take place at the Catholic Cemetery in Auburn.
Visitation also will be from 2 – 5 p.m. Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the funeral home.
