New Haven – Marjorie Foulks, 90 of New Haven and formerly of Auburn passed away Friday October 4, 2024 at St Anne’s Retirement Home in Fort Wayne.
She was born October 17, 1933 in Fort Wayne to Fredrick E and Emma Evelyn (Rudolph) Watkins.
Marjorie was a 1951 graduate with Honors of Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne and at the age of 45 she earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science from Ivy Tech in Fort Wayne.
She worked at Cooper Industrial Products in Auburn for over 14 years as a Production Satisfaction Specialist. Then as a Systems Analyst with Parkview for over 14 years and she was also co-owner with her husband James of Tri State Memorials until her retirement in 1996.
She was a former member of Woodruff Grove United Methodist Church in Wolcottville, Auburn Moose Lodge, and the Auburn Elks Lodge. After her retirement she enjoyed wintering in Lakeland, Florida.
She enjoyed bowling, golf, Knitting Barbie and American Doll items for the family, music, dancing, Sudoku and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Marjorie married James E Foulks on February 6. 1954 in Fort Wayne and he passed away November 22, 2018.
Surviving are 3 sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Teresa Foulks of Auburn, Doug and Karen Foulks of New Haven and Curtis and Jan Foulks of Indianapolis; grandchildren MacKenzie Lee Foulks and Evan James Foulks; 2 brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph E and Marcia Watkins of Fort Wayne and Stanley W and Cathy Watkins of Fort Wayne.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 sisters and 3 brothers in law, Loretta and Willis Boswell, Rosalie and Ed Hall and JoAnn and Leonard Gorrell.
Services will be 2 PM, Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, In. Burial will follow the service in Woodlawn Cemetery.
