Obituary
Melissa Jo Monchilov, 46, of Hamilton, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, in Hillsdale County, Michigan from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born April 29, 1977, in LaPorte, Indiana.
Melissa loved the lake life. She loved family cookouts and spending time with family and friends, especially her four children.
She loved doing varies things around the community but was most proud of her shop, Missy Jo’s Closet in Waterloo.
Surviving are her parents, Alan R. and Beverly J. (White) Roth of Auburn; four children, Taylor E. Spicer of Auburn, Logen F. Spicer of Waterloo, Caleb J. Monchilov of Hamilton and Chloe J. Monchilov of Hamilton; grandchild, Liam Alan Spicer; maternal grandmother, Wilma D. White of Van Wert, Ohio; and an aunt, Sylvia F. Schneider of Kendallville.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Jerry E. White; and paternal grandparents, Leonard K. Roth and Evelyn E. Roth.
A gathering of family and friends will take place from 3 – 7 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2023, at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 S. Wayne St., Waterloo.
Memorials may be directed to Feller and Clark Funeral Home to help with expenses.
