Paul A. Smith

Paul A. Smith, 76 of Auburn, passed away on December 11, 2025 at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne.

He was born on June 18, 1949 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Allen and Betty (Gunsch) Smith. 

Paul married Mary E. Hamilton on December 20, 1969 in Battle Creek and she resides in Auburn. 

Survivors include:

His wife, Mary Smith of Auburn.

Daughter and son-in-law, Abby and Jake Lilly of Evergreen, Colorado.

Daughter and son-in-law, Kristy and Drew Keener of Leo.

Four grandchildren, Grace Keener, Alex Lilly, Zach Lilly and Brady Keener.

Brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Diana Smith of Battle Creek, Michigan.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Carol Schelles.

Per Paul’s wishes, no services will be held.
