Phyllis Ann Kubik, 69 of Butler, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Auburn Village.
She was born on February 3, 1956 in Charleston, South Carolina to John William and Hilda Mae (Twiddy) Edgar.
Phyllis married Philip Kubik on May 15, 1976 in Edgerton, Ohio. He resides in Butler.
She enjoyed tending to her flowers, going shopping and most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include:
Her husband of 49 years, Phil Kubik of Butler.
Daughter and son-in-law, Cameo and Chris Hoffelder of Auburn.
Son and daughter-in-law, Charlie and Tonnya Kubik of Fishers, Indiana.
Six grandchildren, Madisan (Riley) Bellinger, Ben Kelly, Klowie Long, McKenna Hoffelder, Ryelynn Glander and Allison Hoffelder.
Four great grandchildren, Nash Mason, Jace Bellinger, River Mason and Sutton Bellinger.
Six brothers and their spouses, Gary Edgar, Donald (Cheri) Edgar, John W. (Kim) Edgar, Jr., Robert (Connie) Edgar, Jeff (Loretta) Edgar and David (Jimmy) Edgar.
Two sisters and their spouses, Clara (Jeff) Gilbert and Carolyn (Denny) Gipple.
Brother-in-law, Tom Cagle of Burgaw, North Carolina.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Brenda Faye Cagle.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street in Waterloo.
Funeral services will be held immediately following the visitation 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Dr. Robert Craig officiating.
Burial will take place at the Butler Cemetery.
