Ronald L. Eddy, 70 of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 15, 2025.
He was born on August 19, 1955 in Angola to Omar Duane and Deloris Maxine (Griffin) Eddy.
Ron worked as an electrician for 40 years. He was a member and volunteered his time at Ducks Unlimited DeKalb County Committee, he was a member of the Auburn Conservation Club and he was an avid shooter and served as a shooting instructor for DeKalb County 4-H Club.
Survivors include:
Son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Molly Eddy of Auburn.
Daughter and son-in-law, Holly and Rodney Yoder of Auburn.
Six grandchildren, Rylan Eddy, Ashton Eddy, Damien Eddy, Spencer Eddy, Triton Yoder and Joshua Yoder.
Sister, Amy Kline of Fort Wayne.
Brother, Lynn Eddy of Texas.
Several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, September, 19, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn.
A memorial service will be held following the gathering at 6:00 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Ron to the Auburn Conservation Club.
