Tarrin Marie Marshall

Tarrin Marie Marshall, 29 of Auburn, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at DuPont Hospital in Fort Wayne.  She was born on April 17, 1997 in Auburn. 

One of the greatest blessings in Tarrin’s life was her daughter, Sofia. Becoming a mother was a dream Tarrin had long carried in her heart. When Sofia was born, a light entered Tarrin’s life that never faded. In a world that asked so much of her, Sofia became an immense source of joy, hope and unconditional love. Tarrin treasured every moment she spent with her daughter, and the bond they shared was the center of her life.

Another of Tarrin’s most cherished relationships was with her Papa Marshall, they had an unbreakable bond. He was a constant source of comfort, guidance, and unwavering support throughout her life. From childhood memories of being swung in a basket to countless conversations, stories, and moments of laughter, their bond was one they both treasured deeply.

Tarrin is survived by her beloved daughter, Sofia; her parents, Shane and Darla Marshall of Auburn, and Jennifer Christ (Garn) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by her brothers, DaCoda Marshall of Fort Wayne, Darin Green of Auburn, and Tyler Coleman (Emma and Victor) of Auburn; and by her sister and brother-in-law, Victoria and Travis Leas of Ashley, along with their children, Skye, Aleigha, and Jackson.

She is further survived by her aunt, April Dobson (Rachel Martin), and cousins, Bryce and Myles Dobson all of Auburn and Hayley Martin of Auburn and Audra Martin of Fort Wayne; her aunt and uncle, Deb and Chris Brazel of Ligonier, and their son, Zander Brazel; and her cousin, Zachery Brazel (Anna) of LaOtto, along with their children, Mallen and Millie. Additional survivors include her aunt, Lisa Rice (Garn) of Gulfport, Mississippi; her aunt, Maziey Schefer (Garn) and cousin Alex Schefer of Auburn; her paternal grandmother, Alean Marshall of Auburn; her maternal grandparents, Ani and Steven McAfee of Fort Wayne, Gerald and Laurie Garn of Lecanto, Florida, and Dewey and Diane Renfrow of Auburn.

She now rests alongside her beloved Papa, Adam Marshall and cousin, Crofus Dobson.

A celebration of Tarrin’s life will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026 from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 South Center Street in Auburn. 

Memorial donations may be given to Tarrin’s Family to help support Sofia’s future.
