Virginia Beach, Virginia – Adam James Hamilton, 26, of Virginia Beach, Virginia and formerly of Fort Wayne, died Saturday, June 7, 2014, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

Adam was born June 24, 1987, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

He was a 2006 graduate of Northrop High School. He then graduate in 2011 from Indiana University Purdue University of Fort Wayne where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Theater and most recently received his Master of Theater and Fine Arts degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach in 2014.

Surviving are his mother and step-father, Carol and Robert Whitt of Fort Wayne; his fiancée, Amber Warden of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his maternal grandfather, Jim Knott of Port Charlotte, Florida; an aunt and her husband, Tammy and Ken Olry of Fort Wayne; a cousin, Matt Olry of Fort Wayne; an uncle, Larry Knott of Indianapolis; a step-brother, Charles Hamilton of Indianapolis; two step-sisters, Amanda Stigger of Indianapolis, and Stephanie Hamilton of Indianapolis;  and nieces and nephews, Kayla, Haley, C.J., Eleanor, T.J., Alexis, and Abigail.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hamilton; maternal grandmother, Ruth Ann Knott; his maternal great grandmother, Midge Knott; and his paternal grandparents, Richard and Ava Hamilton.

“He was loved by many and will be missed by all!”

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with the Dr. Robert Craig officiating. Burial will be in Concordia Cemetery Gardens in Fort Wayne.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.
