BUTLER— Delories M. Clay, 81, died Saturday, April 22, 2017, at her home in Butler.

Mrs. Clay retired from DeKalb Molded Plastics in 1997, where she worked for 17 years. 

She was born Dec. 2, 1935, in Greenup, Illinois, to the late Louis J. Howe and Roberta P. (Coats) Stahl.

She married Forrest Clay on August 10, 1966, in Bryan, Ohio, and he passed away Sept. 30, 1988.

Surviving are four children, Kathy C. (William) Glenn of Butler, Beth A. (Gilbert) Gaona of Montpelier, Ohio, Tina Marie Clay of Butler, and Daniel Edward (Laura) Ray of Whitehouse, Ohio; nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Bush and Linda Ray; and a brother, Bill Howe.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two brothers; and a sister.

Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center St., Auburn, with Pastor Jeffrey Gowen officiating. Burial will take place in Fairfield Cemetery in rural Corunna.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
