Butler – Donna J Wade, 74 of Butler passed away Wednesday February 15, 2017 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. She was born May 26, 1942 in Butler to Clarence R and Ruby A (Synsell) Chapman. She worked for 16 years at DeKalb Molded Plastics in Butler and for 10 years at Wal-Mart before retiring in 2007. She was an avid Cubs fan and cherished the fact that she was able to finally see them as World Champions. Donna married Roy C Wade on February 3, 1973 in Waterloo and he passed on March 25, 2016. Surviving is a son and 2 daughters, Steve (Yvette) Carper of Butler, Barb Carper of Hudson and Crystal (Chris) Emerick of Angola; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Carper, Trent Emerick and Mara Emerick; 2 great-grandchildren, Myleigh Carper and Olivia Carper; 2 brothers and a sister, Donald R (Pam) Chapman of Auburn, Larry E (Julie) Chapman of Auburn and Margaret L (Jack) Pommert of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and a sister, Janice Kimple. Services are2 PM Sunday February 19, 2017 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo with Dr. Robert Craig officiating. Burial in Butler Cemetery, Butler.
